License & Usage Policy

Please read these template license terms carefully. Every template purchase or subscription upgrade on DigiVite.in represents a design license agreement.

1. Single Event Invitation License

Individual template purchases (Premium templates for ₹199 or Elite templates for ₹499) grant you a non-exclusive license to build and publish a single invitation website for one personal event. The license is valid for 120 days from the date of purchase. Sharing a single license across multiple weddings, distinct birthday dates, or separate events is prohibited.

2. Unlimited Subscription Usage

Subscription passes (Premium Pass at ₹699/120-days or Elite Pass at ₹1,499/120-days) allow you to create and host unlimited invitation websites for your own personal celebrations during the subscription period. Each website must correspond to a legitimate personal or immediate-family event.

3. Prohibited Commercial Re-distribution

You may not copy, extract code, re-sell, bundle, or distribute any DigiVite designs or stylesheets on other marketplaces, hosting portals, or custom platforms. The code assets and structure of our templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of DigiVite.in.

4. Guest RSVP Data Rights

The host is the sole Data Fiduciary of guest RSVP info logged on their dashboard. You represent that you have obtained consent from guest invitees to collect their attendance and contact details prior to sharing your invitation link.
