Affiliate Program Agreement

Last Updated: July 1, 2026 | Version 1.0

1. Overview

This Affiliate Program Agreement outlines the rules, conditions, and payout terms for participating in the DigiVite.in affiliate referral program. By applying to be an affiliate, or by distributing your unique promotional referral coupons, you agree to comply with this agreement, our Terms of Service, and all relevant Indian laws.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify as an approved affiliate on DigiVite, you must:

  • Be an Indian citizen or registered business entity.
  • Possess a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) card.
  • Maintain an active Indian bank account or a verified UPI ID for payouts.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including low-quality promotional channels or a history of spam activities.

3. Coupon Codes & Tracking

Upon approval, you will receive a unique Primary coupon code via your affiliate dashboard. When customers use this coupon during checkout:

  • The customer receives a designated discount percentage.
  • You receive a commission percentage on the final transaction amount.
  • The transaction is tracked and logged in your affiliate dashboard.

We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by custom checkout interventions, coupon code typos, or expired sessions.

4. Payouts, Minimum Threshold, & Timelines

  • Minimum Threshold: You can request a payout once your approved commission balance reaches a minimum of ₹1,000.
  • Validation Window: Commissions are held in a pending state for a validation period of 15 days to protect against chargebacks, payment failures, or coupon abuse.
  • Payout Timelines: Verified payout requests are processed within 10 business days directly to your registered Indian bank account or UPI ID.

5. Prohibited Activities & Spam Rules

Affiliates must promote DigiVite ethically. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all commission balances:

  • Self-Referrals: Using your own coupon code to purchase template access or passes for your own account.
  • Keyword Bidding: Bidding on "DigiVite" or "DigiVite.in" trademarks on search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads) or domain squatting.
  • Spam Distribution: Posting coupon codes on general discount aggregator directories, bulk email spamming, or using automated web-scraping bots.
  • Misleading Content: Making false promises regarding template features, renewal rules, or refund eligibility.

6. Tax Responsibilities (TDS)

Commissions earned under this program represent professional services. In accordance with the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961 (specifically Section 194H), DigiVite will deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at the applicable rate on cumulative commission payouts exceeding the statutory threshold. Affiliates are responsible for filing their income tax returns and reporting these earnings under their respective PAN profiles.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice. Upon termination, your referral coupon will be deactivated, and any validated, outstanding commission balance above the minimum threshold will be paid out. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately if you breach this agreement or engage in activities that damage the reputation of DigiVite.
